All data in PistonWorks is stored locally on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or store any of your personal information or vehicle data on external servers. Your maintenance records, vehicle information, and preferences remain entirely on your device.

PistonWorks does not use any analytics, tracking, or advertising frameworks. We do not track your usage patterns, location, or any other personal data. The app works completely offline and does not require an internet connection to function.

If you choose to upgrade to PistonWorks Pro, the purchase is handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not have access to your payment information, Apple ID, or any financial details. Apple's privacy policy governs these transactions.

When you create a backup, the data is stored locally on your device or in your personal iCloud account if you choose to export there. We do not have access to your backup files or iCloud storage.
